Ndindiriyimana Théogène Jetlee is the Marketing and Distribution Manager at CS Njema Ltd, where he leverages strategic marketing expertise and a strong technical foundation to drive growth and operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology, equipping him with analytical capabilities and a structured approach to business development.
Jetlee brings diverse professional experience from both public and private sectors. From 2016 to 2020, he served at the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) in the Transport and Road Enforcement department, where he contributed to regulatory compliance, enforcement operations, and the promotion of road safety standards. Earlier, he worked at Rwandatel from 2010 to 2011, gaining valuable experience in the telecommunications sector.
At CS Njema Ltd, he leads marketing strategy implementation, brand positioning, market expansion, and distribution network management. His ability to coordinate effectively with partners, sales teams, and clients ensures strong market penetration and sustainable business performance.
